Sheena Chohan is an Indian actress and human rights advocate born on 3 July 1996 in Chandigarh, India. She is theatre-trained with five years of dedicated stage experience before transitioning to film and television. She has starred as the lead in over five feature films, three of which were directed by National Award-winning filmmakers. She is known for her ability to portray versatile characters across genres — from glamour and style to plain and rustic, from soft-spoken and righteous to loud and dangerous.

Sheena made her Bollywood debut as the female lead in Sant Tukaram, a historical biopic about 17th-century Maharashtrian poet-saint Sant Tukaram, starring opposite Subodh Bhave. Prior to her Bollywood debut, she built an extensive career across South Indian cinema, OTT web series, international films, commercials, and music videos.

She is also the South Asia Ambassador for United for Human Rights, an international NGO dedicated to implementing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In 2024, she received the Human Rights Hero Award at the United Nations headquarters in New York — one of the most prestigious recognitions in human rights advocacy.
